Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ExoticExpansion services, websites, apps, live features, and related products (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility and account security

• You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for account activity, credentials, and any actions performed under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, malware distribution, exploit attempts, rights violations, or other unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3) Content and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or stream.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have all rights needed for content you submit.

4) Payments, tokens, and digital goods (high-risk disclaimers)

• Tokens are digital platform credits only. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, securities, commodities, investment contracts, or stored-value accounts.
• Tokens have no guaranteed cash value, no guaranteed resale value, and no redemption rights except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Token purchases are generally final and non-refundable once successfully delivered, credited, or made available for use.
• We may delay, reverse, freeze, or deny token credits for risk review, fraud signals, chargebacks, processor reversals, abuse investigations, sanctions screening, or legal compliance.
• Displayed balances, spend history, and payout/usage views may be delayed or corrected after reconciliation; temporary display errors do not create additional rights.
• Pricing, package structure, utility, and feature access can change at any time, including limits, expiration windows (if later introduced), and regional availability.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, and legal treatment of any purchases, credits, creator earnings, or platform activity in your jurisdiction.

5) Authenticity, AI/synthetic media, and no-reliance disclaimer

• Content on the Service may be fictional, dramatized, edited, role-played, synthetic, AI-generated, AI-assisted, composited, or otherwise not representative of real-world events.
• Profile claims, channel claims, visual likeness, voice likeness, endorsements, testimonials, and implied affiliations may be inaccurate, simulated, or outdated.
• We do not guarantee that any content, statement, identity, persona, chronology, or depicted event is factual, complete, authentic, or current.
• You must not rely on content for factual, legal, medical, financial, investment, safety, or professional decisions.
• Any educational, market, or strategy content is for informational/entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice.
• You assume all risk from relying on or interacting with user content, creator promotions, external links, or third-party offers.

6) Creator and channel obligations

If you operate a channel or creator account, you are responsible for your uploads, descriptions, links, and outbound offers. You must comply with all applicable law, advertising disclosures, and third-party rights.

7) User conduct and platform safety

• No doxxing, stalking, extortion, harassment, non-consensual exploitation, or targeted abuse.
• No impersonation intended to deceive, identity fraud, credential theft, or malicious social engineering.
• No attempts to bypass security, payment checks, moderation controls, or entitlement systems.
• No commercial scams, fake giveaways, manipulated reviews, or undisclosed paid endorsements.
• No uploading content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

8) Third-party services

We may integrate third-party providers (for example authentication, payment, and infrastructure providers). Your use of third-party functionality may also be governed by those providers’ terms and policies.

9) Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation.

10) Additional disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, authenticity, and data accuracy.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExoticExpansion and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, token value expectations, purchase opportunities, creator opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExoticExpansion and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain clauses survive termination, including rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.

14) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction for the operating entity unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved under applicable legal process and venue rules.

15) Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by posting updates on this page or in-product notices.
